Exchange & Return Policy
We do NOT accept exchanges or returns on all customized orders except if they arrived damaged.
Buyer must return item/s within 7-14 days of delivery.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
The buyer is responsible for loss in value if an item isn’t returned in its original condition.
Should you choose to return an item to us, we recommend using a “signed for” post to be sure it arrives with us! Please keep the receipt as it is the sender’s responsibility until we have received the item.

Cancellation
You have 24 hours to cancel your order from the time the order was placed. Please send an e-mail to: contact@poshstitchesncreations.com.
Kindly note in the subject line “Cancel My Order” including the order reference number.
Once your cancellation email is received, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email. Refunds are transferred back into your original form of payment and will be processed within 48-72 hours of cancellation confirmation email. *Note* – It may take your bank a few additional business days to post the refund to your account.
Wrong or Damaged item/s
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please send an e-mail to us with the subject line “Arrived Damaged” or “Incorrect Item” including the order number and we will work to resolve the issue.

Please, be advised that No refund will be issued unless there is a defect in any of our designs. By downloading these designs, you should be familiar with how to transfer designs into your embroidery machine and/or software.
IMPORTANT: You are purchasing digital files which have been manually digitized for embroidery.
